Starting off the new year with a bang! We finally got the infamous "Carly blanket!!" Every year we rotate who gets which sibling a gift on the Benham side, and every year Carly always makes the sibling she has a blanket. It's always so nice and warm, customized to whatever design you want. We happened to be the last out of 8 Benham kids to get the blanket but it was worth the wait. She made both me and Kyle a blanket and we couldn't be happier about it. We love them and they will be a staple for snuggles for years to come. 

We finally made it out on a double date with Cory and Celeste. I love Celeste so much, she is hands down my best friend, but sometimes it gets hard when you make a friend to see if your husbands mesh as well. So we decided to go out to eat and go axe throwing. I was actually somewhat surprised with my axe throwing ability, and the food was delicious too. We had a lot of fun, so now we will have to keep pushing our husbands together, haha.

Abby is obsessed with Squish mellows. Of course after Christmas she has been lining them all up and taking note of her inventory. She is such a sweet girl and we love her influence over her younger siblings.

Abby also had her first dance comp of the season. She is super excited to get to dance on the stage with her mini ensemble. Here's the beginning to what I hope is a long future of more dance competitions and performances for my tiny dancer.
